Refund Policy

All sales are final. Plan purchases, upgrades and the lifetime add-on are non-refundable — including if you stop attending live batches, finish early, or change your mind. Before paying, checkout requires you to tick a checkbox confirming you understand there are no refunds.

Please choose carefully: compare the School and Career plans, read the FAQ, or talk to us before you pay.

If money is deducted but no plan is activated on your account because of a technical failure, that is not a purchase — contact us within 7 days at hello@thiranaiacademy.com with your payment reference, and we will either activate your plan or reverse that specific charge.

Access ends 12 months after payment; unused time is not refunded or carried over, except that renewing before expiry extends from your current end date. GST paid on an invoice cannot be refunded once the invoice is issued, as it is remitted to the government.
